This song was produced by the duo’s Dan Smyers, who co-wrote the song as well, alongside band mate Shay Mooney. Written in LA at in the beginning of 2020, the duo finished the song in Smyers’ home studio during Nashville’s mandated quarantine. Shay revealed on IG live one night that he felt magic when recording this song that took them back to 2012 when they first met!
