The 60th ACM Awards: A Night to Remember

Talk about starting off with a bang! The 60th annual ACM Awards, hosted by the legendary Reba McEntire, kicked off with an unforgettable 12-minute “Songs of the Decades” medley. Fans were treated to a trip down memory lane with classic and contemporary hits from stars like Reba herself, Clint Black, Wynonna Judd, LeAnn Rimes, Little Big Town, and Dan + Shay — setting the tone for a night packed with powerhouse performances and emotional moments.

First-time nominee Ella Langley stole the spotlight as the most nominated artist of the night and walked away with five wins from eight nominations, including Single, Music Event, and Visual Media for her hit with Riley Green, “You Look Like You Love Me.” Lainey Wilson also had a huge night, snagging four trophies, including the coveted Entertainer of the Year, Female Artist of the Year, and Album of the Year for Whirlwind.

Veteran acts had their moment too — Brooks & Dunn claimed their 17th Duo of the Year award, and Old Dominion added their ninth Group of the Year trophy to their shelf, cementing their spots as the most decorated acts in their categories.

One of the most touching moments came when Alan Jackson was honored with the newly renamed Alan Jackson Lifetime Achievement Award. Normally pretty reserved, Alan was visibly emotional as he thanked the key people in his life and career, especially his wife Denise.

With so many unforgettable performances — from Eric Church and Miranda Lambert to an incredible medley with Rascal Flatts and Backstreet Boys — the ACM Awards reminded everyone why country music is all about heart, history, and community.

Congratulations to all the winners and nominees!
