In recent years, Nashville’s Lower Broadway has completely transformed from being lined with traditional honkytonks to a hotspot for artist-owned bars. Stars like Luke Bryan, Miranda Lambert, Dierks Bentley, and Blake Shelton have taken stake along the famous strip.
Now, a new artist bar is on the way as Post Malone is set to open a 26,000 square foot establishment at 305 Broadway later this summer. Posty’s new bar and venue will occupy the former home of Tequila Cowboy and will be situated next to Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Rooftop Bar.

Ahead of his CMA Fest performance, Aldean weighed in on his new neighbor while chatting with The Tennessean.
“I guess it’s fun. Post is all right. He’s a pretty good guy,” Aldean shared with a laugh.
All jokes aside, Aldean said he was “excited” to have Post Malone setting up shop next door.

“Nashville is booming right now and obviously you go downtown right now, it’s crazy down there just because of CMA Fest. But I mean on any given night down there, really on the weekends especially, I mean it’s packed down there. So it’s going to be fun,” he shared. “And I think Post has kind of carved out his niche here in town and got a lot of friends in town, a lot of artists… we love that dude. So he’s one that we kind of welcomed in and like, ‘Yeah, we like him, he’s good. Come on in.’”
The Georgia native expressed that he sees the genre-bending star’s presence as a benefit to country music.
“We’re excited to have him and just glad that he’s kind of kicking around the country music scene right now. I think it’s good for the genre and kind of fun for everybody,” he pointed out.

Operated by TC Restaurant Group, the soon-to-be Nashville hotspot will combine classic honky tonk vibes with Post Malone’s unique genre-blending style.
“We’ve created a space where everyone can come together and kick some ass. Nashville has really become a second home for me so I can’t wait to invite y’all over to my house,” Malone shared in a statement.
“Post Malone is one of the most influential and gravitational artists of our time, and we’re thrilled to partner with him on this exciting concept,” Adam Hesler, President and CEO of TC Restaurant Group, added. “We’re honored to work with someone as dynamic as he is and create a venue that embodies his spirit and brings a new experience to Nashville’s Entertainment District. There’s only one reason we would consider expanding our artist partnerships, and that is to have the ability to partner with someone of the caliber, innovation and authenticity of Post. His talent and ability to transcend multiple genres is one of a kind, and we look forward to creating a venue that resonates with his global fan base.”

Inside, guests can expect to see six bars, three stages, a full-service dining room, and a rooftop with stunning views of Music City.
Once finished, the venue will boast the largest ground-floor footprint on Lower Broadway. The space will retain its historic architecture while being transformed into a fully immersive destination for fans, locals, and tourists alike.
An official name and opening date for Post Malone’s Nashville bar have yet to be announced.
