From: “This Is Us” and this will be the first song which is the first from her upcoming debut album. Metz, 39, explained the meaning behind the emotional song in a statement. “‘Talking To God’ is a song about those moments when we ask the questions we desperately want the answers to,” she shared. “Whether it’s a lost love or why our own lives look much different than the way we had hoped they would. It’s about those personal prayers and conversations we have while listening and learning to surrender and trust in the bigger picture. “
Ingrid Andress – The Stranger
What a voice!! This song is penned by Ingrid and Ryan Lafferty, “‘The Stranger’ is about how love is actually really hard when it’s real,” says Ingrid. “I feel like Disney movies trick us into believing that love is this really easy thing, and it’s not, and you have to work at it, and sometimes you forget why you’re in love with somebody.” – Ingrid
Maren Morris – To Hell And Back
Both Ryan and Maren have been quarantining and according to Ryan, he’s doing the most diaper changes!!
Morris says the song is about “someone who’s willing to wait for you until you’ve healed from a bad relationship.” This is the follow up to Maren’s No. 1 hit single, “The Bones.” The song was dropped just days after becoming a mother.
Lauren Alaina – Getting Good
She recently shared a touching video of her grandfather bopping along to her new music while in an assisted living home in Georgia.
