Caylee Hammack – Small Town Hypocrite
Hammack was still a Nashville staff writer when she wrote the song with Jared Scott, who came up with some guitar chords to set the musical foundation.
“We randomly started talking about exes,” she remembers. “I spoke about the ex that really drove me here to Nashville, the first true heartbreak of my life.”
You can hear the details in the verses of “Small Town Hypocrite,” all taken directly from Hammack’s life as she finished high school.

Clair Dunn – Salt and Lime
New EP comes out June 12th
Dunn, a singer from a small farm in Colorado decided to take a leap of faith years ago to kick start her music career and has come a long way in that time “It’s my belief for every one of my shows that it’s not about anyone on stage; it’s about everyone in the crowd,” Dunn said. “I grew up on a farm and ranch, and that may not seem important, but it’s everything to my music,” Dunn said. “I just think that does make it unique because it’s in your DNA. When it’s who you are it’s just kind of unique to you.”
Danielle Bradberry- Never Have I Ever
“Never Have I Ever” is a bit different from what I’ve done. It still has a little bit of the sound that I’ve always had, but I was a little bit braver this time. It has a touch of almost that R&B feel to it as much as the country part.” “Never Have I Ever” was written 2 years ago. had its genesis about two years ago, when Bradbery co-wrote the song with Laura Veltz & David Hodges. Produced by Dan Huff. “It’s about getting in a relationship and feeling all these things you’ve never felt before, like, ‘Who the heck am I? I’ve never felt this way. It can be a song about anybody.” – Bradberry
Maren Morris -To Hell And Back
Morris says the song is about “someone who’s willing to wait for you until you’ve healed from a bad relationship.” This is the follow-up to Maren’s No. 1 hit single, “The Bones.” “The Bones” is No. 1 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart for the 11th week, which is the longest run by a solo female artist in the history of the chart.
