The 26-year-old, who’s known for blending gritty Southern storytelling with raw rock energy, has been steadily gaining traction in the country scene with viral tracks and high-energy live shows. He is currently set to due to continue his Need To Tour this weekend with a stop scheduled for Grant, Oklahoma on May 24.

The trek launched on May 2 in Brandon, MS and runs through October, with a slew of fresh talent joining him as support along the way, including Braxton Keith, Conner Smith, Bayker Blankenship, The Castellows and Lanie Gardner.

His arrest comes just days after delivering two sold-out nights at Nashville’s newest venue, The Pinnacle, on Friday (May 17) and Saturday (May 18).  In the midst of the show, Adcock announced that his standout track, “Never Call Again,” would officially be his debut country radio single.

Taking to Instagram to reflect on the milestone night, he also celebrated the plaque he received during the show commemorating his feat of racking up 1 billion global streams.

He wrote, “Last time I played in Nashville it was for 500 people at Exit/IN, just over one year later I played for 8,000 2 nights at the Pinnacle blows my mind. They were some of the highest energy crowds I have ever played for. 1 billion with the best fans a man can ask for. Here’s to 100 billion more 🔥❤️”

Back in March, he promised that fans can expect to hear a lot of new music out on the road in the coming months. He explained he plans to stop songs at a “pretty rapid” pace all year long, starting with his first three releases of 2025, “Loose Strings,” “Need To” and “Unlucky Strikes.”

Adcock followed up these rowdy releases with “Never Call Again” and his latest, “On One.”

“As soon as you think I’m going to let out something that’s clean for you, we’re going to let out something that’s just a little rowdy for summertime for everybody,” he joked about his newest song.

In addition to his own headlining run, Gavin Adcock is slated to hit the road with Morgan Wallen on select dates throughout the year.
