A slew of country stars stepped up to the plate for Folds of Honor Tennessee’s fifth annual Rock ‘N Jock Celebrity Softball Game on June 2, raising over $670,000 for the organization.
Sponsored by Black Rifle Coffee Company, the game saw Team First Responders, coached by current Tennessee Titans players Tyjae Spears and T’Vondre Sweat, and Team Military, coached by former Titans players Keith Bulluck and Delanie Walker, facing off for a good cause at Nashville’s First Horizon Park.

More than 8,000 fans packed into the stands to cheer on Riley Green, Tyler Hubbard, Justin Moore, Zach Top, Raelynn, Warren Zeiders, Priscilla Block, Chase Rice, Jordan Davis, Ashley Cooke, Conner Smith, Charles Esten, Gavin Adcock and Adam Doleac; comedians John Crist, Danae Hays and Jeff Dye; athletes Michael Chandler, Riley Gaines and Ryan Sheckler; and many others.

Jordan Davis has participated in several events for Folds of Honor and says he always picks up the phone when they call.
“Folds of Honor…truly, from when I got in a position where I could help out, Folds of Honor was the first call,” he shares. “They’ve just been amazing to country music and do a amazing things to help so many families. From the first golf tournament I played, you hear the stories and you see the impact they make.”

RaeLynn is also a longtime supporter of Folds of Honor and has participated in the Rock ‘N Jock Celebrity Softball Game for three years.
“I love Folds of Honor so much,” she tells us. “Obviously my husband is a Green Beret, and so I come from a military background, and so to be able to give back in this way is so much fun and I think it’s just a great way to kick off CMA fest. Everybody’s together. We’re here to celebrate this incredible week, but to give back is just a huge, huge honor.”

Team First Responders, led by Captain Michael Chandler, clinched the win with big plays from country star Gavin Adcock, who hit a home run, and MMA athlete Michael Chandler, who crushed a grand slam.
Meanwhile, Adam Doleac scored a home-run for Team Military.

The biggest winner, however, was Folds of Honor. During the Rock ‘N Jock Celebrity Softball Game, superstar Riley Green and Black Rifle Coffee Company’s Mat Best each donated $75,000 to Folds of Honor. Green’s donation came through his Buford Bonds Fund, established in 2023 in honor of his grandfathers, both military veterans. This marks Green’s fifth year participating in the event.
The event also honored the 250th anniversary of the U.S. military branches and Marine Week Nashville with a series of military-themed performances. Additionally, President Donald Trump appeared on the jumbotron with a special message ahead of the game, introducing Lee Greenwood’s performance of “God Bless The USA.”
About Folds Of Honor
Folds of Honor is a leading non-profit organization that began with Lt Col Dan Rooney’s flight home from his second tour in Iraq. As an F-16 fighter pilot in the Oklahoma Air National Guard, he experienced first-hand the sacrifices and pain military families endure when a loved one in uniform is lost or disabled while on duty.
Upon landing, the pilot announced they were carrying the remains of Corporal Brock Bucklin on board. Lt Col Rooney watched as Corporal Bucklin’s twin brother somberly escorted the flag-covered casket to meet his family on the tarmac – including the deceased Corporal’s young son, Jacob. That moment changed everything. From that moment on, Lt Col Rooney made it his mission to support the families of those who serve by providing educational scholarships through Folds of Honor.
Since its founding in 2007, the organization has transformed countless lives and to this day remains committed to honoring those who have made the ultimate sacrifices in exchange for the freedom of our country.
