Big Hugs For Your Heroes

This is a photograph of my husband, PFC Kenneth Dolton Foster III. He just enlisted into the US Army and started basic training just this last month, May 1st. He is an Army Medic, Mos is 68W. He Decided to go in after we found out I was pregnant, thinking he'd still be here for her when she was born. Sadly, he left the same month she was born, 26 days earlier than she was. He was devastated that he'd miss the birth, but made a hard decision and still went in. I am home here in Lancaster, California with my 3 1/2 year old son and as of right now my 2 week old daughter waiting til July for us to fly to his graduation in South Carolina where he'll be able to finally meet his daughter and see his son and I once again. Then, 4 more months without us. November will be when he and his family will be reunited and we'll move to our first base. He is my hero for being able to be away from us to make it so he can serve his country as well as his family. We've only been married 2 years - Kristina
