Blake premiered his new video for “Came Here to Forget” during Discovery Channel’s Deadliest Catch show this week.
The black and white shows Blake sitting at a beach bar and sipping on whiskey when a hot young woman walks in!
Although the song is based on his romance with Gwen Stefani, Shelton has been criticized for all of the flirtatious and smoldering looks he gives the model throughout the music video.
