A Day In The Life: Hailey Whitters Shares A Backstage Look At Sand In My Boots Festival

Hailey Whitters brought her midwestern country charm to the white-sand beaches of Gulf Shores, Alabama as part of the star-studded lineup at Morgan Wallen’s first-ever Sand In My Boots Festival.

Held May 16–18, the three-day event packed in over 30 performers across multiple stages, including a high-energy afternoon set from Whitters on day one. She took the Dangerous Stage, named after Wallen’s 2021 double album, where fellow rising country stars like Ian Munsick, Kameron Marlowe, John Morgan, Ole 60, Treaty Oak Revival also made appearances. The day closed out with HARDY followed by Friday night’s headliner, Post Malone.

With late-night DJ sets from Brandi Cyrus, MC4D, Disko Cowboy, and surprise genre-bending moments from acts like T-Pain and more, it was a weekend to remember.

Show Ready

With the sun shining down on festival-goers, Hailey Whitters shook out any remaining pre-show jitters before stepping on stage. She joked that she was “’bout to sweat all my make up off” due to the intense high temperatures while delivering a set list of fan-favorites to the excited crowd of fans.

Plus, she made sure to point out her sleek white cowboy boots and matching red and white bows attached to the sides.
