Just in time for summer, Dustin Lynch is heating things up with the release of the breezy new tune, “Easy To Love.”
Out now, the song finds Lynch admitting that his heart ain’t “Easy To Love” as he paints the picture of someone who is always on the move while carrying quite a bit of emotional baggage.
He tells the story of a man who struggles to settle down, and just when he thinks he’s ready, he finds himself still chasing the idea of leaving — “I couldn’t stop watchin’ planes leavin’ town.”

“This heart ain’t easy to love/ This heart ain’t easy to love/ It’s a little too cold, a little too stuck/ A little too broke, a little too drunk,” he sings on the chorus.
“Easy To Love” may leave fans wondering if the song hits close to home, as the Tennessee native has long held the title of a sought-after bachelor.
As the track comes to a close, he remains a bit optimistic about the future as he sings, “I’m still thinkin’ maybe one day I’ll find her/ They always say when you know, you know/ If I know me, she’ll be my next right turn/ But I’ll take a left just to see where it goes.”
Dustin Lynch co-wrote the track with Ben Johnson, Jon Hall, Hunter Phelps, and Zach Crowell. Crowell also provided production.
Lynch paired the release with a music video that captures the feel-good, summertime energy of the song. Filmed in Key West, FL by Jack Owens, the clip finds the 40-year-old embracing his on-the-go lifestyle as he explores the southernmost city of the contiguous United States.
“Easy To Love” was released to country radio this week as the follow-up to Lynch’s 10th No.1 single, “Chevrolet” (feat. Jelly Roll). The track was the most-added at country radio with 78 adds via Broken Bow Records.
Reacting to the news, Lynch shared, “‘Easy To Love’ is the Number One Most Added! It’s all gratitude from me and the family. Thank you to Country Radio for the support and to the fans who keep showing up for my music. We had a blast making this one, and it’s awesome to see it hitting home with folks already. Let’s go Summer 2025!”
