26,000 Square Foot Post Malone Bar Coming To Nashville’s Lower Broadway

Post Malone has entered an exclusive partnership with TC Restaurant Group, a premier hospitality partner, to open a brand-new Nashville venue under his own name.

The 26,000-square-foot hotspot will be located at 305 Broadway, formerly home to Tequila Cowboy, and promises to blend honky tonk grit with Malone’s signature genre-bending flair.

“We’ve created a space where everyone can come together and kick some ass. Nashville has really become a second home for me so I can’t wait to invite y’all over to my house,” said Malone.

Inside, customers will find six bars, three stages, a full-service dining room, and a rooftop overlooking the heart of Music City. Once construction is complete, it will claim the title of the largest ground floor footprint on Lower Broadway. The building will preserve the building’s historic architecture while remastering the space into a fully immersive experience for fans, locals and visitors.

“Post Malone is one of the most influential and gravitational artists of our time, and we’re thrilled to partner with him on this exciting concept,” said Adam Hesler, President and CEO of TC Restaurant Group. “We’re honored to work with someone as dynamic as he is and create a venue that embodies his spirit and brings a new experience to Nashville’s Entertainment District. There’s only one reason we would consider expanding our artist partnerships, and that is to have the ability to partner with someone of the caliber, innovation and authenticity of Post. His talent and ability to transcend multiple genres is one of a kind, and we look forward to creating a venue that resonates with his global fan base.”

TC Restaurant Group is no stranger to entering partnerships with members of the country music community, having launched successful concepts for artists like Morgan Wallen, Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Miranda Lambert, and Lainey Wilson around town.

No opening date has been announced yet for the new multi-level establishment, however those making their way down Broadway will see sneak peeks of the ongoing construction right next to Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Rooftop Bar, revealing it’s set to open its doors this summer. The boarded up windows pose signage that reads, “Something BIG is coming summer 2025.”

Another reads, “We’ll keep ya POSTED.”

The announcement comes hot on the heels of the 9x diamond-certified GRAMMY® Award-nominated global superstar’s chart-topping debut country album, F-1 Trillion, which recently landed at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. After headlining Coachella and launching his “Big Ass Stadium” tour this spring, Post Malone is bringing that momentum, and his love for country music straight to Music City in a more permanent way.

As his Nashville establishment continues to grow, Post Malone is on the road for his massive run which features support from Jelly Roll as well as Wyatt Flores and Chandler Walters on select dates.

Additionally, he recently confirmed that new music, and possibly another country album is in the works that is likely to include even more cuts from country music superstars.

Post Malone’s next performance is scheduled for June 4 in Queens, NY.
